TLDR : Great easy to use form builder and data collector.
I started using the app and for the first few hours, it is going great. I plan to use this app for both instructional purposes (students filling out worksheets) as well as a research tool. This morning, I started the Student Worksheets, but research forms will be similar as well.
1) Pretty easy to use and smooth drag and drop. 2) Quite a few choices of elements to drag and drop - forms, design elements etc... 3) When I test out the links (of the forms that the students will fill out) they look good! 4) I have yet to run it live so we will see, but from my test run it works well enough. 5) The PDF export is great. Is there a way to disable the link (file location info at the bottom right hand corner)
Overall I had an easy time learning and getting things done and managed to finish the first worksheet in a short time. I mostly spent time trying to get the look right. Once that is done, I just need to clone and repeat for the rest of my worksheets.
Nits (Just some personal observations, YMMV) 1) Selecting different elements are some times a bit tricky for when there are several layers of text, image etc... so click around. 2) I tried using an image in the background and while it allows for me to crop, it looks very zoomed in. So when I try to have the whole image show up, I cannot. Maybe a 'fit' command would help? 3) I really really really like to customize the look of my forms and while there are more than few Font, Color (You can select from a color chart/wheel or enter code). Ability to upload own fonts or provide a bigger list of Google Fonts. 4) I wanted to place my business logo - a bit unobtrusively - like in a PowerPoint/Keynote at the left bottom corner say. I cannot figure how to do that. It just shows up in the middle. Again I may need to mess around with it. 5) Last nit is that all the elements to make great forms are there - if only it were a bit more Canva-like in handling the UX. This is by no means a criticism as I can pretty much do what I need to do, just a small thing to ease my journey.
Great work!

Thanks Aung! There's an icon visible now for helping users to more easily select the "parent" item when there's nested components. When adding the logo one options is you can add a structural block, e.g. 3 column, and put the logo in the first column. Hope that helps, Riaz
We use Typeform a lot, and I'm always looking for LTDs where I could finally get rid of that monthly payment (sadly, because of specific features we need, it won't be with GlobalPatron, at least for now).
TLDR: GlobalPatron is certainly a step up from Google Forms and other free services, and it is a no-brainer for the price they have here in AppSumo. However, it has some limitations and you could have a specific scenario (like me) where this tool is missing one or two key features blocking you from wide adoption.
What I loved: - Terrific variety of controls and options, like displaying Google Maps (although interacting with the map required opening a new window). - You can display YouTube and Vimeo videos!! - The signature control, I wished Typeform had something like it. - GlobalPatron creators read my mind, and they have a way to populate a field dynamically from an external web service. This is huge, and we've been needing this feature a lot. This allows you for example to fill a combo-box with the names of people in your team, but providing those names dynamically from your HR software. - The security, the ability to require people to login, or the request a password for the form. - The forms are not branded!! Take that Typeform! - You can have multiple controls per "slide" even in conversation mode. Yeah baby!! - You can export the source code and host it elsewhere.
What I think needs to be changed: - The UI overwhelmed me. The interface needs some cleanup and better organization. It feels too heavy for me, and some of the fonts they use appear washed-out. - I did not find a way to add URL parameters to the form. This is a critical feature that stops me from even considering GlobalPatron. - Conditional logic is very simple. Not sure how to build multi-path surveys or quizzes with only the features that I saw. The options were more to show/hide fields or to make them mandatory. But I did not see branching options. - In the conditional logic for numeric fields, you get operators like Equal and Not Equal, but you don't get "Lower Than" nor "Greater Than". This was odd. You do get however a bunch of other operators that I've never seen before in any survey software. - In Typeform you can customize both email notifications (user and admin) entirely. Here you get a lot of options for the user email, but not for the admin email. - In Typeform you can add form variables to the email notifications fields (email address, subject, body, etc), and metadata. In GlobalPatron you can only add form fields to the body of the user email notification (no metadata, and no customization of the subject). This is also a blocker to me. Typeform is a beauty for this. - They have issues with á,é,ó,í,ú in the field labels. All reports will look messed up. - No Paypal.
I hope this review helps you.

BTW since you're using TypeForms I thought i'd also mention that "offline typeforms" also work in GlobalPatron. i.e. full featured "conversational" forms that works without an internet connection so you can collect leads offsite, and later sync the submissions with the server.
It's possible using our Android app on the Google Play Store. ...
I've bought quite a lot of tools on AppSumo recently because I'm building a virtual team so that I can delegate tasks and focus on other business initiatives.
I LOVE AppSumo because I have 60days to try new tools and decide if they work for me.
I have refunded almost half the tools I have purchased but not this one!!! I am NOT technical at all but I am finding this tool SO easy to use. And Riaz is blooming amazing. Super fast and helpful responses.
My 1st application for this tool is to solve a major problem I've had getting data input from Artists and Galleries to populate Artworks on my website. I used Google Forms but it is a major pain to manage. As I increase my Artist reach, there are new categories to add and it is painful to keep changing the forms. It is also clunky for me and the Artists.
THIS is AWESOME, with advanced Conditional rules, offline access, ability to access from anywhere, customization options, and so much more!!!
I have tried to create this data input application using at least 4 different tools so far but they have all been seriously time consuming, non-intuitive, required programming knowledge (which I don't want to spend time on because I need to run my business rather than become a developer), or they've had little to no service response. Urggghhhhhhh. I refunded those tools VERY quickly...
The creation of this form (even though it has alot of conditional rules) has taken only 2 days to complete!!! I'm feeling like a genius :):):) I went from zero to hero (with a little help from my new best friend Riaz).
SO, bottom line... I searched for something to solve this major pain point but I got something that I can use for a million use cases to make my life just peachy. BUT, being so simple, I will be outsourcing those use cases to my new team. HEY, if I can do it, anyone can. Woo hoo hoooooooooooooooooo!!!
Ten Tacos for this one. AND believe me, I don't even give full marks 99% of the time...
Note that during the account creation process the code isn't applied immediate and your account will first show you on the free plan. After a short wait I received an email to say the code had been applied and I was on the gold plan.
There are currently 3 form modes available, conversational mode, multi-step mode and single step mode. After selecting a mode you're dropped on to a blank canvas and can begin designing your form.
Good selection of quality background images or you can upload your own and the drag and drop form builder is very intuitive, it takes very little time to setup up a great looking form.
As well as the basics you'd expect I was pleased to see conditional logic (e.g. they select option A, you take them to form 2, select B they go to form 3), submission limits and payment collection (via Stripe).
When it comes to sharing forms you can do so via a link (per my example above), embed it into your site or the course code can be exported and hosted on your own server (with limitations such as save and resume being unavailable).
Each form has a results section which can display the results as data or in graphical format, great for a quick overview of survey results.
With the amount of functionality there are a lot of different ways you could make use of this platform, would be good to see a few pre-made templates in a template library to allow new users a quick start and a way or taking a look at how some of the more advanced features can be used.
The only thing I'm knocking a taco off for is that this is a 1 year deal only and us Sumolings come to AppSumo for the lifetime offers.

Thanks Mark. One thing to add is that the deal is a lifetime discount. i.e. the 90% discount is honoured for as long as the user wishes to keep using the platform.
This form builder has practically all the bells and whistles but it's lacking in 1 major area. The UI needs to be improved greatly if they want to have all types of users be able to create great forms. For now, the way it's built it's for people who have previous knowledge of form builders and knows how to get around.
It has many elements, conditional logic, structure, payment, file upload and many other things.
Need to add more payment gateways. For now it only has Stripe.

Easy to use
This is a very easy to use form builder with a ton of features, here is a very quick form I build in 10 minutes for you to try out:
