Q: Team Glorify, Welcome back to AppSumo.
I've taken a liking to your service, but there are some short coming compared with RelayThat (similar branding), Crello, Stencil, and Canvas. On-boarding is very loosely done. There should be a better way to import your brand; walk your user through the process. The interface is fast, but not immediately intuitive; users figure it out by fumbling their way through it. Improved English translations is some parts. For example "This is brand for my client" could read "This is a brand for my client" or simply mark or tag as "Client" as the name is what is typed in the text field. There is no option to create our own category of business. This would help your product grow and understand how it is used. No?
The accidental loss of work is a source of frustration. Project management is not clear. A mockery of a mock-up generator. Brilliant work on the unlimited workspaces, but you’ve lost the plot with 10 team members. More insulting is that one of the team members is myself so I really have nine left. It’s madness. Integrations is my Sumoling mantra. If you come to AppSumo, you need to integrate with complimenting products. There are variety of popular social media content manager/writer/ai-something services to work with. You could collaborate with Brandox or Brandy.media for direct export. Sky’s the limit mate.
This action accomplishes, at a minimum:
1. Improves the value of your product
2. Lessens the workload of the integrated service – a social media service can focus more on SM and less on designing
3. Eases the on-boarding process – users get to use a new tool with tools they know
4. Expands the reach of your product
Small, but simple details escape through. And, for the price and offering, should not be left for the public to suss out. Normally I charge for this assessment, not pay to tell you something you should already know.
Nevertheless, the biggest enigma is Logoflow. I understand that you are collaborating with LogoFlow.io, but do your homework. Your collaboration is akin to McDonald’s working with Taylor for ice cream machines.
It seems that Logoflow is included for free in limited capability. I received a 24-hour offer for a Logoflow package. Your full offering is unabashedly an alpha product. There are more 'coming soon' options than anything else. There is very little utility in paying extra for Logoflow. You are better off integrating it with the AppSumo plan to cover down on the shortcomings so we can provide feedback on your product should look like.
My apologies if I come across too harsh, but I only speak what I have experience for the good of the group and your success. As of now, I'm beginning to doubt my purchase and faith in your product strategy.
Cheers.
