Q: Requirements for this Course
I don't see anything about pre-qualifications or requirements to take this course.
Do we have to be PMI certified or not? Do we need any specific course before taking this one? If I'm not PMI certified, can I add these credits "after" I get certified, and how? Please talk a little bit more about these.

There are none required. You don't need PMI certification or anything else.
Yes, you can ad these "credits" as PDUs towards your PMI PMP certification afterwards.
