Great to see support from Appsumo which makes your company a reliable one. Thanks for that. I face 2 issues. Unable to connect my domain & the custom html embed which worked earlier is not working fine now. Raised 2 tickets & sent an email as you suggested. Hope we get back from them. Importantly, when we submit a ticket, we are not receiving any email about the ticket details too. Something wrong.

It seems as though this company is ghosting us. We bought their product, now they deleted my account and probably others. We deserve better than this. This is the second time this year that software I've purchased suddenly stopped working without any communication from the companies. We deserve better.
