Q: Bought App but still not life time

I purchased GoEmailTracker but after redeeming my code, the subscription is not lifetime as expected and is prompting me to upgrade.

1) Click "Do you have a Promo code?" from the left panel.
2) Enter code and Apply.
3) Select email address from the right panel.
That's it.

Q: Why are you not resolving our issue in a proper way?

10 days have passed on Gmail and more than 5 days have passed on appsumo Q&Ns. But you have still not responded back to me. Now, I have only the last option of going to get a refund.
The method you mentioned in previous conversation (below in appsumo) is not working. Kindly help me out in resolving this issue of transferring my extension from one email to another one.

Q: does this track all Emails sent from One GMail Logged-in Account?

Hi, Team,

As a Solo-Prenuer I happen to manage multiple email accounts under one gmail Workspace.
Does One Purchase of your 'GoEmailTracker' tracks all emails sent out from One Gmail Account including those sub-accounts(added to manage in one gmail account) that are managed under the same Gmail Account?

Q: How can we remove extension from current account and add it into another account?

I sent you an email, 2 days ago but, you have not replied yet. I want to know about the issue of enabling your extension is now resolved or not. Also, guide me about changing the extension from one gmail account to another one.
