I would like to know how long it takes for you to respond when someone writes to your customer service email? Mainly because I have written you five emails in the last five days and I still haven't received any response, so I need to know if you have any kind of real customer support.

1) Click "Do you have a Promo code?" from the left panel.
2) Enter code and Apply.
3) Select email address from the right panel.
