It's easy to use yes but they had one complaint of me phishing (I wasn't, I even had to look up what phishing was) and they pulled the account. It probably would have been easier to resolve the issue if I hadn't bought an Appsumo deal but was paying full freight.

It also took customer service 3 weeks to close the ticket, albeit not to my satisfaction.
