Q: Can we prime the chat with older data about a specific client's earlier conversation based in what is in the worksheet?
At the same time, would like to continue to build on the data that is provided
Is there a way to collect all the data and then email to the admin if the customers would like to talk to a live agent?
Are GSheet columns titles automatically work as questions to be asked?
Can we transfer from one chat bot to another (each trained in a specific domain and have different GSheets)?
