I have also put a request in your support because billing is something that seems to have a problem. That will get sorted anyway.
However, what I wanted to ask was, why is it that you are not allowing 'stacking' ! Anyway, if a user is really wanting this tool, they may buy multiple deals and activate them under different email addresses. It is only making it painful for the user, but that can be done.
For e.g. if I really want 25000 scraping credits, I will buy the same tool 5 times and then activate them under different email IDs.
Instead, if you can give us the option of stacking and showing APPSumo Credits of $150 instead of $30 (per code) then it will serve the purpose for both you and the users! Just my thoughts.
Are you giving some thought on stacking codes ? Maybe you can manually combine more codes in a single account ?
