Q: Unexpected Invoices
I have read multiple review where users are complaining they were charged unfairly. My guess is that the users are using more than their quota allows each month. However, this is bound to happen to everyone as it is not easy to know exactly when to stop. May I know if this issue is resolved or still there? Is there a way to stop the service when the limit it reached each month so there is not unexpected invoice or banning of users until payment is done.

You're right. Unexpected charges can happen if usage goes beyond the monthly quota. To help avoid this, users can set a “maximum results limit” on each task to control how much data gets scraped. This is a simple way to prevent overspending.
Additionally, all usage details and current balance can be tracked in real time from the profile page, so you always know where you stand.
