like everyone else here, it is asking me to pay an invoice, app developers were not helpful, contacted appsumo to see what can be done

I paid for Google Maps scraping. When I'm using the tool, it gives me a big option to select any one of three options, called Lead Gen Packs.
Since it's not stated as a separate service (not covered by my LTD) on the page, I select one, thinking it's just how the system works.
I continue with scraping, and at the end of the month, I get served with an invoice of $7.24! What a sneaky way to rob people with hidden costs!
I mean, why do you have the feature so prominently on the tool interface without stating it's an add-on?
Absolute nonsense. Now that I'm asking them to clear the invoice, they're just not helping and they've halted my LTD features too.

I bought Outscraper Google Maps Scraper LTD back on November 3, 2025. Buyer beware! They are a very, very misleading and deceptive company when it comes to their charges. I ran a very simple scrape today (25 max results, Exact match, single category (Pizza restaurant) and single zip code (80237) in a single US state (Colorado)) and they charged me $30.18 that pulled back 25 results in less than 5 minutes. My invoice says it should have only charged me .18 cents. Support from Dana and Allen is vague and unprofessional. Dana explained today, "Your $40 balance dropped to $9.82 because the actual cost of the scrape, including overhead, was deducted" which again is not accurate and truthful at all. My invoice and receipt say otherwise. They are liars. They even turned off their outgoing email so I can't sign up for their Ask Community group b/c my email won't verify so I can't log in. I've been an AppSumo customer (and Plus member) for many years and this is by far one of the worst companies and apps. Stay far, far away.

This app is absolute trash. Terrible customer service. Works 20% of the time. Worst product I've paid for on AppSumo by a mile.

I was asked how I like Google Maps by Appsumo. I bought it in the Black Friday sale a week ago. The redeem code did not work and 7 days later I am still waiting for access. So I have no clue if it is any good. Hopefully this review will get someone going.
