🚩Full of HIDDEN Cost!
I paid for Google Maps scraping. When I'm using the tool, it gives me a big option to select any one of three options, called Lead Gen Packs.
Since it's not stated as a separate service (not covered by my LTD) on the page, I select one, thinking it's just how the system works.
I continue with scraping, and at the end of the month, I get served with an invoice of $7.24! What a sneaky way to rob people with hidden costs!
I mean, why do you have the feature so prominently on the tool interface without stating it's an add-on?
Absolute nonsense. Now that I'm asking them to clear the invoice, they're just not helping and they've halted my LTD features too.

Please take note that the terms of your LTD are limited to specific services and specific usages, as described on the lifetime deal page (e.g. 5000 places for [Google Maps Scraper](https://outscraper.com/google-maps-scraper/) and 5000 domains for [Emails & Contacts Scraper](https://outscraper.com/emails-scraper/) that are commonly used together as an enrichment for lead generation. Using any other services (Phone Enricher, Email Verification, etc.) will be billed accordingly to the pricing.
Additionally, the monthly credit of the lifetime deal is not accumulating. If your usage during one month is more than the deal limit, you will receive an invoice for the outstanding usage during the billing period (30 days) according to the prices (https://outscraper.com/pricing/).
These are the most common reasons to have outstanding invoices.
