They Try to Take Your Money Unfairly
Review: You'll receive a $30 balance each month, but beware! During your first use, if your costs exceed $30, for example, between $11 and $39, they will deduct the $30 and leave you in debt for the remainder. For instance, if your total is $39, they’ll deduct $30, leaving you with a $9 balance owed.
Now, you might expect that your next month's $30 balance will cover that $9 debt, leaving you with $21 to spend, right? Wrong. Instead, they generate an invoice for the outstanding $9, which you must pay separately through your card. Only after clearing this debt can you access the next month’s $30 credit. However, the cost of data queries is inconsistent, making it almost impossible to fully use your monthly credit without falling into debt again.
This setup seems designed to keep users constantly owing money. I don't recommend this platform.

The terms of your LTD are limited to specific services and specific usages, as described on the lifetime deal page (e.g. 5000 places for Google Maps Scraper (https://outscraper.com/google-maps-scraper/) and 5000 domains for Emails & Contacts Scraper (https://outscraper.com/emails-scraper/) that are commonly used together as an enrichment for lead generation). Using any other services (Facebook Pages, Email Verification, etc.) will be billed accordingly to the pricing: https://outscraper.com/pricing.
Additionally, the monthly credit of the lifetime deal is not accumulating. If your usage during one month is more than the deal limit, you will receive an invoice for the outstanding usage during the billing period (30 days) according to the prices.
