I was excited to learn more about Goose VPN and possibly purchase, but every review you have gotten this month(January) is very poor. They state the slow speed and unreliability.
Are you making efforts to correct these issues and is there a timeline?

Right now, Goose VPN does not use WireGuard as one of its supported VPN protocols. Instead, Goose VPN uses a set of well-established protocols to secure your connection:
IKEv2/IPsec — fast and secure, and the default on most newer devices OpenVPN — very reliable and widely supported L2TP/IPSec and PPTP — available on some older systems

You can use Goose VPN with a router, but only on specific models and with manual setup. We don’t currently offer automatic, one-click router installation guides for every brand, which is why you may not see general instructions on our site.

I purchased this VPN last year, the Tier 3 plan, but it wasn't working at all back then. Has there been any update or upgrade since? Does it work in China now? I also have Guardey on my laptop with a subscription. I believe Guardey is their product, and it works well in China on both my Mac and Windows PCs. I really enjoy it, but the downside is that Guardey doesn’t have a VPN for iOS or Android....

If Guardey is working well on macOS and Windows in China, why can't Goose VPN work the same way? Both products belong to the same company. Why is one allowed to work in China, like Guardey, but you don’t want to add this function to the iOS and Android apps? Guardey is a very strong VPN and works fine, while Goose VPN does not. Yet, you provide these services for all devices Goose vpn? why ?
