Q: Can I cover my partner's computer too?
On Tier 2 for the 10 devices. Can I use one on my partners laptop or do they all have to be linked to my email account or browser?

On Tier 2 you can use GooseVPN on up to 5 devices, not 10. You can use it on your partner’s laptop as well, as long as you both log in using the same GooseVPN account details and the total number of active devices does not exceed 5.
