Thank you for contacting us. It seems like you're encountering an error message while trying to access UPHOLD services. The message "Even the best sites need maintenance..." indicates that the UPHOLD website might be undergoing maintenance or experiencing technical issues.
To bypass this message, I would recommend trying different VPN servers to see if you can access the UPHOLD services successfully. Could you check if disabling the 'Smart Server'/'Automatically use the best server' feature might make a difference? The feature can be disabled via the server list settings/application settings, once disabled our full server offering will be shown via the server list. We then advise you to connect to one of the newly shown servers and try again.
Another thing you can try is to switching protocols. The protocol can easily be changed in the GOOSE VPN settings.
