What you're seeing in the Mac app showing "Basic Plan" is a visual glitch, rest assured, your AppSumo lifetime plan is active and correctly recognized on our end.

The reason it shows as “Basic Plan” is because the AppSumo deal includes our core VPN features without the Cyber Alarm add-on, which is available as an optional extra. Despite the label, you're enjoying full access to the features included in your AppSumo plan.
