I was excited to learn more about Goose VPN and possibly purchase, but every review you have gotten this month(January) is very poor. They state the slow speed and unreliability.
Are you making efforts to correct these issues and is there a timeline?

I understand you were excited to learn more about GooseVPN, but then you came across some reviews mentioning slow or unreliable connections.
We don’t see this often among our users, and when it does happen we can usually resolve it quickly, as it’s often related to the user’s setup, network, or device settings. On average, our servers can reach around 300–450 Mbps download and 80–120 Mbps upload (depending on location and connection).
We did have stability issues on one or two servers recently, but those have been resolved.
If you decide to try GooseVPN and you already have a fast internet connection, we don’t expect you’ll run into problems. And if you do, you can always reach out to us via our support page and we’ll be happy to help.
