I got this a couple of weeks ago, but I wasn't able to fully use it on my desktop. It worked pretty well on my phone.
In the end, I decided to contact support instead of just refunding it. Mike jumped on TeamViewer and fixed everything for me. Both laptop and desktop now work. I thought it would slow down my computer, but so far so good.
