Disappointing Experience: Unreliable and Useless Goose VPN
As an avid user of VPN services, I was excited to give Goose VPN a try. Unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of disappointing. From the get-go, it became apparent that this VPN falls far short of expectations.
The main problem with the service is DNS leaks. Despite promising anonymity and security, my DNS requests were leaking, which compromised my privacy. This defeats the purpose of using a VPN. DNS leaks alone make this service unreliable and not worth using.
Goose VPN is very slow and makes browsing frustrating. It slows down internet connections, making streaming and web browsing difficult. The service is practically unusable.
Basic features that one would expect from a VPN are noticeably absent. The lack of options to connect to the fastest or nearest server is baffling. Instead, users are left to manually sift through a list of servers, only to encounter the same disappointing result. After attempting to connect to approximately 15 servers, each one eventually becomes unavailable, displaying a generic error message: "Looks like something is wrong with this server. Try to connect with another server or contact support." This recurring issue is not only frustrating but also indicative of a fundamentally flawed service.
In conclusion, my experience with Goose VPN has been thoroughly unsatisfactory. The prevalence of DNS leaks, sluggish speeds, and the absence of basic features make it a subpar choice in the realm of VPN providers. I would strongly advise against using Goose VPN and recommend exploring more reliable alternatives for your privacy and security needs.
