Could you contact AppSumo their support regarding this? You can contact their support via: support@appsumo.com.
It seems that the cancellation and refund has been processed on their end by accident. Since we do not perform any refunds without confirmation from the user.
It is also possible to contact our support (support@goosevpn.com). We will then be able to contact AppSumo about the issue at hand. We would appreciate it if you could also include the account (email) and receipt/invoice of the purchase. With this information, we will be able to assist you right away.
