I bought this in 2023 and have never got it to work, not once.
When I turn it on I lose all internet connection, the app as far as I can see has not been updated since I purchased it.
Despite being signed into their site when I tried to contact their support, I got the following message,
Your application has not yet been submitted. Please check your email to review and submit your application.
So I cannot even contact their support.
