Very bad experiance
When I purchase the app, it works only on Windows with a specific feature, and not working on Android nor IOS,
now it is not working on any platform.

We are sorry to hear that you were experiencing issues with our service on Android and iOS, and that you were only able to (temporarily) use our service on Windows with a specific feature.
It might be possible that some protocols are blocked, and that you are therefore not able to use our service on the mobile applications. Our mobile applications make use of different: a limited amount of protocols, if compared to our Windows application.
