Q: My account is not working anymore

Hello
I purchased tier 1 in July, but I tried to work with a PDF, and is not working. I cannot do anything on the platform. Please help. Thank you!

after clicking on a chat with pdf, it shows as in progress, and it will not let me do anything until it has finished, or opened the trouble is, it is stuck on in progress and I have emailed support and they do nothing so only option is to delete the damn account.
it is very clunky and glitchy how do I add a txt file to a new blank document, why cant I just simple copy a txt file and paste it into a new pdf ? tx
