Q: 1) What is the exact storage limit and what happens if we exceed it?

The Laravel File Manager that comes up when I try to upload a file, indicates that I am somehow already using 20 GB or 1 TB even though I only uploaded around 30MB. However, the visual storage meter is 3/4 full. Can you help me make sense of this?

2) I noticed that when attempting to replace a file that I originally uploaded via the Laravel File Manager, I sometimes had to select the upload button twice to make the upload window come up. Also, while I am able to delete the old zip files that I uploaded, for some reason it won't allow me to delete the folders that I extracted from those zip files. Is there a way to delete these or stop the LMS from connecting to them so they don't continue to be in use? I am no longer linking any courses to those SCORM folders.

3) How many concurrent users are allowed on the platform per account without impacting performance? Will it support at least 1000 concurrent users?

4) How can I edit the CSS in the course? Much of the native UI uses dark blue buttons with black text that is hard to read until you hover over it and it changes to green. It would be better if the buttons start out as light gray.

5) In your admin dashboard, under Education > Courses, it doesn't list Video courses as a course type like it does with Live classes and Text courses. However, in the instructor dashboard, Video courses are indeed listed as a separate course type when creating a new course. What makes this even more confusing is that in order to review/approve submitted Video courses in the admin dashboard, you must search under Live classes for some reason. For consistency with the instructor dashboard, you may want to show Video courses separately in admin view like you do for Text courses and Live classes.

6) I uploaded a SCORM v1.2 course built in Storyline to your platform. For the SCORM type, I selected Custom (since it's not Captivate or iSpring). I then attempted to point to index_lms.html (the actual SCORM index file for Storyline), but when I attempted to play the content later on, it would generate a SCORM error. However, when pointing to story.html instead (which is not a SCORM index file), the content would play fine, except in this instance it would not track completion. Can you please confirm whether your platform is compatible with Storyline for automatically tracking SCORM completion?

Hello again. I reached out to your support team a week ago and still have not received a reply regarding the issues I reported to you regarding issues with tracking SCORM completion using Articulate Storyline. If your team was more responsive, I would almost definitely buy the product but given the lack of support, it is not very encouraging.
