Q: Hi do you have a help section somewhere?
I am trying to upload SCORM files and I'm having a bit of a struggle.

Here is a general guide on how to upload SCORM files to our LMS:
1. Access Your LMS:
- Log in to your LMS account with your credentials.
2. Navigate to the Course or Content Area:
- Locate the area where you want to upload the SCORM package.
3. Initiate the Upload:
- Look for an option like "Add Content," "Upload," or "Create Course" depending on your LMS. Click on it to start the upload process.
4. Select SCORM Package:
- In the file upload dialog, you'll need to select the SCORM package (.zip file) from your computer. Typically, SCORM packages are provided in a compressed .zip format.
5. Start the Upload
Click the "Upload" or "Submit" button to begin the upload process.

This wasn't helpful and I don' t have a reply to the ticket in my email, I even checked SPAM. If uploading the zip file worked, I wouldn't have put in a ticket. I get an error that says that I can't upload files of this type.
