Q: Gozen Content AI

I haven't logged into my Gozen Content AI account for a while, but when I logged in today, I received a message that my account had been downgraded to a free trial and that when the trial expired, I would be placed on a free plan. I paid AppSumo for Tier 1 access, but Gozen is claiming that they have not received payment from AppSumo. What gives? I would like a refund, please!

Q: Gozen is no more accessible

Hello Gozen and Appsumo team,

This is to inform you that Gozen Content AI is no more accessible.

Actually, I bought the tier1 of this tool, and decided to start using it of recent. Each time I try to login, there is this message that pops up tellig me that to upgrade because appsumo didn't pay them (the gozen content ai team) for some months. Please there should be clarification on this, how do we get back our money if the tool is no more available?

Q: Can we train the writer?

Is it possible to train the writing style by uploading text? (PDF, Docs)
If possible, does it work in German language? (train-input and writer output)
Can we build different writers and train them in different writing styles?
