Q: Gozen Content AI
I haven't logged into my Gozen Content AI account for a while, but when I logged in today, I received a message that my account had been downgraded to a free trial and that when the trial expired, I would be placed on a free plan. I paid AppSumo for Tier 1 access, but Gozen is claiming that they have not received payment from AppSumo. What gives? I would like a refund, please!

Same happened to me today :-/ But all is explained on the product page. Unfortunately, both you and I are victims of our ownselves. We weren't on top of things. It sucks, but it is what it is.

Like other Sumo-lings, I found my GoZen Content.AI account downgraded to a free trial citing AppSumo's non-payment for 100+ days. While there's clearly a dispute between AppSumo & GoZen paying customers shouldn't be caught in the middle. I purchased in good faith and am now penalized for issues beyond my control. I'll be requesting my refund, but this has impacted my confidence in future purchase
