Q: I need help with upgrade!
I bought Tier 1 earlier this year and was looking to upgrade to Tier 2. However, I cannot login to my account. I also tried doing a password reset, but I'm getting an "invalid email" message. Please advise. I have sent a separate message to your support email address with the email I used to register my Tier 1 account. Looking forward to your soonest reply. Thank you :-)
