Q: Please refund my purchases

Hello Appusmo Support,

I don't like having to contact you all about this, but it's chronic that Appsumo does not alert buyers when we have options to get a refund on products that no longer give us TLD access.

I checked my inbox and there has been zero communication. Only found out by logging into Gozen just now just to see I have been downgraded to a free tier on both purchases

Please issue a refund for both.

I was going to make a purchase today on another product, but now I'm less inclined to do so due to Appsumo's lack of proper communication back to us in a timely manner.

Same boat here.
I don't go to this product specific page in AppSumo all the time, and sometimes when I buy these products (foolishly, I know) I look at it as an investment.
Glad I only kept three codes from them.
I had reached out to AS Support on 4/23/25, asking for the credits. I never got them. Might've been nice 🤷🏻‍♂️

AppSumo should have sent an email but they never did. Instead they relied on customers finding out when the visited this page. But what if the customer does not open the GoZen app until after the May 30th deadline? Seems AppSumo is also unwilling to cooperate with customers who discovered this late. What difference does it make providing the credit after the May 30th deadline if funds were paused?
