I purchased GoZen Content.Ai as a Lifetime Deal through AppSumo in October 2024 and activated it successfully.
For a long time, I didn’t need to use it — and when I finally returned to start a new project, I found my account downgraded to a free plan.

There were no notifications or warnings from either GoZen or AppSumo.
Only later did I learn that GoZen had unilaterally cut off AppSumo users, claiming “non-payment” while AppSumo confirmed that all obligations had been met and that GoZen itself had violated the partnership terms.

This is extremely disappointing. I made a purchase in good faith, expecting lifetime access as promised.
Now I’ve lost the product I paid for, without any fault on my part and without prior communication.

I’ve reached out to AppSumo support and hope they will resolve the issue or issue credits, but this situation seriously undermines trust in both the product and its creators.

**Lesson learned:** check your LTDs periodically — even trusted tools can disappear overnight.
