It sounds like both your GoZen Forms and GoZen Engage products can do this? Are they the same thing? Otherwise, which of these two would suite my needs best? I see that GoZen Growth offers a sign-up form, but I don't know if it can embed or pop-up as well as GoZen Forms or GoZen Engage.

Lots of other customers asking similar questions about the differences in the products... would be amazing if you at least made the Forms solution more robust and brought Engage into it so its a single purchase, even if it costs a little more money. I certainly can't swing Tier 5 across all of these apps, and I'm now playing a logic game in my mind on which Tiers I'll need for each of your products.
