Shows potential but not ready for prime time

I like the GoZen Engage concept and how it can be used to expand your customer email list and generate more leads with engaging interactions and games. While it has lots of potential, it suffers from many UX/UI issues. Here are just a few examples of where improvements could be made:

1) The interactivity builders are plagued with typos and poor grammar that make it hard to take the tool seriously. While a few of these were corrected after weeks of asking for updates, many typos and grammar issues still appear (e.g., "Calculater", "All Industry", "Number of Question", "Number of Action", "Win a Price", etc.)

2) In some games, even though a user fails and sees a message confirming that they need to try again, they still see confetti animation as if they were successful. However, there is no way to correct this in the editor. I came across this bug with several games but it was not consistent.

3) In word guessing games, where the user must type a word that correctly identifies a set of images, you cannot delete a selected letter in the middle of the word unless you first select the letter after it. So, if I am attempting to correct a word like "lightroum" and need to change the 'u' to an 'o', I have to first select the letter 'm' after it, then use the backspace key to delete the 'u' which is not intuitive. Also, if a user clicks Enter prematurely on their keyboard, EN appears in that space. Enter keys should be ignored until they get to the end of the word.

4) Once you start a matching activity, you can't undo any matches. You either have to complete the entire interaction, or refresh the screen before you are allowed to try again. This is not user-friendly and will frustrate customers.

5) Primary and secondary color choices aren't saved in the editor even though they appear correctly in the interaction based on your previous color selections. They revert to their default colors in the editor which means you have to record your color codes somewhere if you plan to tweak them in the future. However, the background color choices stay saved in the editor without this issue.

6) Their AI quiz builder is not very sophisticated as the answers can be incorrect or subjective. You'll often need to prepare to make revisions to the questions and/or answers which defeats the purpose of using AI quizzes in the first place. For example, I tested its functionality by asking it to create a multiple-choice quiz on how to make a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. One question asked me which ingredient should be spread on one slice of bread. From the four choices, it included "peanut butter" in one choice and "jelly" in another choice. However, it only allowed me to select one correct answer even though both could be technically correct.

I expect these issues to remain unresolved for a while based on how busy the company likely is with supporting its other more mature products. While this one has potential, it feels like it's still in an early beta stage.
