I have been trying out GoZen Engage, and it has been a positive experience so far. I give it 5 tacos because it does what it advertises. Here are some things I like about it:
- The platform is easy to use.
- I appreciate the ability to switch to other products by the same company, such as Optinly.
- It automatically saves my work, so I don't worry about losing anything.
- The support team is very responsive.

However, I would love to see one or two improvements:
- The ability to segment quizzes or surveys based on responses. For example, if I have a quiz with 10 questions and 4 answer choices (A - D) representing the degree of proficiency, I would like to be able to segment respondents answers based on their proficiency level and offer a corresponding level of support. In this case there should be no rigth/wrong answers - just a representation of how the respondents rate themselves.
- Also, it would be good to have the ability to segment based on choices in the surveys/quizzes.
So, can you look into segmenting possibilities?
