UPDATE as of April 10th, 2025: GoZen has issued a 24-hour ultimatum to customers, threatening to remove account access due to non-payment from AppSumo. To clarify: AppSumo only paused the most recent payments after GoZen violated our terms. This pause represents a small fraction of the total successful payouts made to their team made over time. We are actively pushing for customer access to be restored and will not resume payments until GoZen meets their obligations. In the meantime, we strongly encourage Sumo-lings to back up their data given the circumstances.

Starting last year, GoZen violated the terms of their original agreement with us by repeatedly asking customers to request refunds from AppSumo and repurchase through them instead.
In response, AppSumo has paused payments to their campaign while we seek confirmation from them that your purchases will remain safe and accessible. AppSumo is committed to making payment once it's clear that GoZen will meet their obligations under our partnership.
We've also heard reports that some customers are now experiencing limited access to multiple GoZen products, including Optinly. We understand how frustrating this is, and AppSumo is actively communicating with the GoZen team to push them to restore access to our customers.
