At best, this product is basic. It functions, but it's nothing special. It's a form builder. There's no wheel to reinvent or "disrupt" as the cool startups say these days. There.

Frankly, I'm quite peeved. I received no notification earlier this year from AppSumo letting me know of the refund grace period. Obviously, it's months later. I no longer qualify for credit returns. With Gozen and Adilo abandoning their lifetime deal customers this year, I'm starting to lose faith in the LTD market altogether. My trust is flimsy at best in both marketplaces and apps.

Here's the message I just received when logging into my account for reference - I don't care who is in the right or wrong. Just stop punishing the customers you literally used to grow your business when we no longer fit what you want. Gozen legit only hosted forms. That's it. Stop pretending it costs millions of dollars to host forms...be so for real.

I will never give Gozen or its parent company (if any) a dime moving forward. This is the biggest whiplash to your customers possible.

Why are GoZen removing access from us? During the initial purchase, the company must honour the lifetime deal. Why are punishing the users for any dispute between the 2 companies?

In future, how are we going to trust any LTD?

I purchased GoZen Forms.Ai through AppSumo as a lifetime deal. Today, I logged in and saw a notice saying my account would be terminated within hours unless I upgraded to a paid monthly plan.

The message explained that GoZen has not received payment from AppSumo for over 100 days, and that this has led to limits on my account. I was told to either switch to a subscription or back up my data within 7 days.

I find this deeply disappointing. If GoZen is right about the missing payment, they should resolve it with AppSumo directly. As a paying user, I should not be caught in the middle or pressured into paying again for something I already bought.

This damages trust and makes me hesitant to rely on lifetime deals in the future.

I know the product is no longer available, but they revoked my lifetime license.

It was a fairly decent tool when working through bugs and had hoped it would grow. But revoked any AppSumo licenses saying AppSumo never paid them.
