I paid for tier 4. GoZen tried to get me to ask for a refund within the 60 day window and they were going to "sell" me the same capability for $20 less or something. I refused to do so because that's fraudulent and dishonest. Now they have downgraded me and a whole bunch of other people to the "free" tier.

Can we sue these people?
