Paakal is correct, the team doesn\u0027t appear to be supporting this product.  I\u0027m getting nowhere.  Sent several messages inside the chatbot and I haven\u0027t been addressed for 4\u002Ddays.  I also sent an email to their team email and my email is also pending after 4\u002Ddays.
