After seeing the promising offer of GoZen Growth and GoZen Forms, I decided to purchase both of them (Tier 4 and Tier 3). After starting using both platforms I realized that there are quite a lot of bugs that were not resolved neither when I comunicated them through their chat where they were literaly ignore me 3 of the 4 times.
Some of the problems that even almost two months later after purchasing the software that are still there:
- The automations do not work properly, neither have more than 3-4 basic options that are fundamental.
- When you insert some contacts you are not able to delete them by yourself.
- When you try to upload 11.000 contacts via .csv (at least in my case) it wasimpossible to upload them. I also tried to upload just 10 and still no success.
- Attributes is not possible to add and name them manualy
- Lack of support and answering while reporting bugs

On the other hand the warm Mail option I have to say that is helpful!

I decided to cancel both because I am really affraid that when I'll start working with a client, I feel that the most probable thing is that I will face a lot more bugs that no one will solve.
Even if it is really promising unfortunatelly I can not trust to work with the app. I go back to Brevo and full refund already asked.
