Seems decent... time will tell...
Just starting out with this product. Overall, it looks good! I like the concept and I like where it's going. Onboarding could use a little improvement... probably start with adding emails... not "Add new Campaign". Personal preference I guess.
Right from the start I added two email addresses to the warmer. The first thing I noticed is that only Google/G-Suite and IMAP/SMTP are supported. Notably absent is Office 365 email... which I happen to have A LOT of.
Undaunted, I added two IMAP accounts and set my warming to 2/day increasing up to 50/day. This is the setting I have been using with Instantly forever without issue.
Five days later (today) I logged in to discover that one of my two emails appear to have failed/disconnected. I didn't receive ANY notification of this. That's disappointing.
As for warming... instead of the expected 2, 4, 6, 8, 10... I saw 2, 1, 3, 4, 5.
That's a little bit of a rough start... but I've seen worse. I'll continue to evaluate the product and as long as it sends emails properly... I'll most likely keep it.
Presuming everything else works (more or less) as expected, it appears to be a very good deal and they definitely seem to have some potential.
I do have a few "minor complaints" about various things in the UI. For example, when clicking to reconnect my failed email address... maybe try to remember the name, email, server names, etc... AND show which email account I'm currently making changes in. Little things like that save a lot of time when re-entering things. <3
