Every week, my campaigns get stalled and the system asks me to reconnect random email accounts. No help from support. No idea why it's happening.

This behavior is not related to my email accounts, I do not have any issues with SendGrid or MailChimp, using the same emails. Never had any other service randomly disconnect and disrupt my campaigns.

Too late for a refund, lesson learned. This issue has existed since day one and I held out hoping it was a bug that would be fixed. From now on, I will ask for refunds on ALL software that has errors that make it unusable. Otherwise I might get stuck with software I just cannot use. I don't have time to login every day and reconnect email accounts and walk through IMAP/STMP set up every week.
