Worst Experience
I purchased the highest tier of GoZen Growth for over $699, expecting reliable service and support. Recently, I logged in only to find that all my workspaces and email campaigns had vanished. I reached out to GoZen—no response. I then contacted AppSumo, only to discover there's a payment-related dispute between GoZen and AppSumo, and as a result, GoZen is deleting the accounts of all Sumolings.
What’s worse? AppSumo is now asking me to reach out to GoZen support and plead with them not to delete my account.
I paid in good faith. I trusted both platforms. And now I’m being asked to beg to keep access to something I already paid for?
This is deeply disappointing and absolutely unacceptable.
