Follow-Up on Support Request
I emailed six days ago regarding redeem and account issue, but I haven’t received any update—not even a courtesy email acknowledging the delay.
This makes me wonder: how can customers like me get support assurance after the deal is completed? Is there a standard timeframe for responses or any escalation process in place?
I’d appreciate some clarity on how your support system works and when I can expect a resolution to my query.
