The tool is not good at all, support lacks as well
I was trying to redeem the product but I couldn't because "somehow" they had my account stored in their database with another Gozen product. This is highly bad developed as 1x email shouldn't be transferred from 1 product to another.
So instead I had to use my free email then I tested the tool it was a nightmare giving me false information because I was using other tools in relation to Gozen as well then I compared the data and Gozen was all off.
Support is horrible. They don't understand English pretty well. I raised my concern with my account and didn't get proper answer. I sent them a reminder a few days later and guess what? They asked me the same question. this is exhausting as I really don't have time to go back and forth 10000x for a small issue as this.
I'm asking AppSumo to approve this review even tho I was not able to redeem the code thanks to bad development of Gozen but I used my free account on Gozen so I tested the tool thoroughly and this should be published so Sumolings can avoid it....
