As a marketing agency, I've had the chance to connect with hundreds of businesses, and I noticed something interesting lately. People are starting to trust written testimonials less and less. Why? Well, because less than reputable marketers will fluff their sites with fake testimonials, and people are starting to sniff it out.

So, I've been on the hunt for smooth and seamless video testimonial platform. Video testimonials have 10/10 authenticity and credibility because it shows your audience behind the curtain a bit better.

While it is early, so far GoZen Testimonials is fitting the bill. The customization is great, and the application has been positive. If you're needing a video testimonial retrieval platform, this one is worth a try.

My early experience with Gozen Testimonials has been positive overall. The platform offers the core functionality I need to collect and manage testimonials effectively, and the user interface is intuitive and easy to navigate. Setting up testimonial forms was straightforward, which made the onboarding process relatively smooth.

I found the case study feature particularly promising—it seems like a helpful tool for presenting more detailed client success stories. I also appreciated the ability to import testimonials from other platforms, which is a useful feature for consolidating feedback.

That said, it’s clear that Gozen Testimonials is a new service still in its early stages of development. While it covers the basics well, there’s room for improvement and refinement in certain areas. I hope to see ongoing enhancements as the service evolves to address potential gaps and expand its capabilities.

Overall, I’m optimistic about its potential and look forward to seeing how it grows over time.

This definitely has a lot of promise, but there are a lot of bugs and customer support has been overall slow to respond. My guess is they're a bit inundated at the moment with this deal live so trying to give them a little grace—but it is frustrating to not have answers.

I started adding some testimonials manually and then imported from another platform. Unfotunately, as I was importing testimonials, other ones disappeared. It's as if it's only storing a max number of testimonials even though there's no limit on text testimonials.

I'm also having difficulty with wall of love, widgets, and embeds. None of that is working properly. Styling doesn't save, it's not showing me all testimonials to choose from for the wall of love, and embed code doesn't appear after saving the widgets. I tried to just embed an Individual review instead but that didn't work either.

I do have the form linked at the end of a couple of my courses - fingers crossed I don't lose any submitted reviews. 🤞

Here's to hoping they fix these bugs soon.

UI and usability of Testimonial is good and easy but it has several bugs. I've only been using it for a few days and these are the ones I found:
- Wall of Love doesn't save any changes
- Wall of Love layout is out of alignment
- Bought tier 2, but can still see the branding. This is a consistent issue across Testimonials and Forms. It's extremely frustrating, especially after you've paid to have it removed.
- Getting an error when I try to import info from Capterra. G2 seemed to work ok

This product, combined with other GoZen products is your answer to growth and responsiveness for your company.
