I used this product and it's not ready and support hasn't been helpful
I used this product and I've concluded that nothing works. What's worse is support isn't helpful at all. I've never left a bad review on Appsumo, so this is my first one.
To be clear, my review is in two parts. Logging in and using the product. I had issues with logging in, but eventually support helped me gain access. So I'll share my experience with logging in then move to using the product and attempting to import reviews from platforms.
1. Login Issues: My issues started the day I signed up. I was able to access my account at first, then the next time I tried to login, I got so many issues. It said that I needed to verify my email, but when I put my email in, it see that I had an email. I reached out via email, then was directed to live chat. Live chat hasn't been helpful at all. I was eventually told by email to schedule a zoom call. That's odd, I just wanted access to my account and figured it would be a quick fix on their end.
2. Finally, I get on a zoom call and the guy was there to solve my login issues and upsell me through the company directly. I could tier up to Tier 3 for the price of Tier 2 if I paid them directly, instead of going through Appsumo. This didn't feel right, because I hadn't had a chance to use the software yet and just wanted to test it out. Why am I being upsold?
3. Trying to Import: Once I get into my account and start trying to import – nothing has worked. I tried Google, Airbnb, Amazon, Facebook, Trustpilot, and Capterra, literally none of them worked. Did one manually and it registered in the chart as available, but doesn't show up anywhere? Literally, nothing has worked for me.
4. I can be patient with software startups, but the core functionality isn't working, and what's worse, the support isn't working.

We had a DDOS attack on our servers and this caused a lot of our featured to fail as the hackers were sending tons of fake traffic to our servers.
As of Tuesday, November, 19th, 11:00 AM Pacific Time, I can confirm, we have mitigated all the bug and the system is fully up and running.
I would request you to try this one last time let us know the feedback here, you will for sure find all the features up and running.
In regards to the upselling aspect, looks like there is some mis-communication, I believe some of the features that you wanted were available in a higher Tier hence I believe the support rep was pointing out to the best plan that would work for you.
I want to make this very clear, we don't engage in encouraging in prospects to return deals and by directly buy from us.
