Nice idea, but not ready for prime-time : Glitchy, not functioning, lacking features and support

I was originally very excited to see the LTD for GoZen as I've been wanting to integrate testimonials on my website for my business since the price is really good and feature-wise, it looks great on paper.

BUT, it's not in reality. Ever since signing up, I've been met with constant disappoint and issues:

#1 Login issues were awful. After signing up with AS, I couldn't login to my account for over 24 hours because they had 'technical issues.'

#2 Then, I couldn't import ANYTHING, not even manual text testimonials. This happened for another day or two.

#3 Now, finally I"m able to import testimonials.. and it works, sort of. It doesn't import everything properly:
- I used Google Import , and it only imported for the first 10. It didn't import the star ratings. It also didn't import the entire testimonials.
- I used Senja import, and it also imported only for the first 10. It didn't import every picture. It didn't import all the details.
- I used LinkedIn import, and it didn't import the picture.

#4 You can't actually EDIT the testimonials. You can't edit the testimonial itself. There's no way to add or edit a star rating. You can't even upload a picture for the person. You can't edit the date of the testimonial on when it was written. The only option to edit is for the customer details.

#5 Importing testimonials ERASES the previously imported testimonials. I imported a set of Google Reviews as mentioned, then imported the Senja reviews, and the Google ones are completely gone.

This product isn't ready for prime time. Unless this company can get their act together and address these issues FAST, this isn't worth your time. Stay clear.

I'm probably just going to have to bite the bullet and sign up for Senja. Their product works. IT's expensive, but it works.

We had a DDOS attack on our servers and this caused a lot of our featured to fail as the hackers were sending tons of fake traffic to our servers.

As of Tuesday, November, 19th, 11:00 AM Pacific Time, I can confirm, we have mitigated all the bug and the system is fully up and running.
