I am sad to see how communication of these drastic changes occurred (first very unclear, then more clear, but until today, I didn't know, whether my plan was affected).
I am sad that you stopped replying to my emails last month.
Right now, there is no overview of what's included in my plan and what is not. The mapping is not clear.
I asked you several times to fulfil the contract, or otherwise...
Q: To be honest, I almost expected that an LTD with renewing contingents would not be sustainable in the long term.
Nevertheless, I too am disappointed, as it should be assumed that these things are easy to calculate in advance. Perhaps it would therefore not only be a friendly concession, but a sign of professionalism to offer the Sumos compensation. The current proposal implies that I will either have to offset the time I have invested in the product with a refund as "lost time", or remain on the plan and not even be offered a small compensation. Hence my specific question, why is the "hassle" not leveled out by the fact that tier 1 to tier 3 can use twice the number of bots? So 20, 40,70. This would at least show that you want to cushion the loss. Would this be a solution?
Q: Would you mind sharing the details of the email that was sent to explain the changes to the plans?
I have yet to activate my plan and might not be able to do it until I get back to my office which won’t leave me much time before the 60 days deadline. I’d like to read about the changes in case I need to change plan or refund? Thanks a bunch
