I am sad to see how communication of these drastic changes occurred (first very unclear, then more clear, but until today, I didn't know, whether my plan was affected).
I am sad that you stopped replying to my emails last month.
Right now, there is no overview of what's included in my plan and what is not. The mapping is not clear.
I asked you several times to fulfil the contract, or otherwise I was open for negotiating a mutual solution. You never addressed this proposal, but instead just went on to breach the contract, without looking for mutual solutions together.
