To be honest, I almost expected that an LTD with renewing contingents would not be sustainable in the long term. Nevertheless, I too am disappointed, as it should be assumed that these things are easy to calculate in advance. Perhaps it would therefore not only be a friendly concession, but a sign of professionalism to offer the Sumos compensation. The current proposal implies that I will either have to offset the time I have invested in the product with a refund as "lost time", or remain on the plan and not even be offered a small compensation. Hence my specific question, why is the "hassle" not leveled out by the fact that tier 1 to tier 3 can use twice the number of bots? So 20, 40,70. This would at least show that you want to cushion the loss. Would this be a solution?
Would you mind sharing the details of the email that was sent to explain the changes to the plans? I have yet to activate my plan and might not be able to do it until I get back to my office which won’t leave me much time before the 60 days deadline. I’d like to read about the changes in case I need to change plan or refund? Thanks a bunch
