Perhaps it would therefore not only be a friendly concession, but a sign of professionalism to offer the Sumos compensation. The current proposal implies that I will either have to offset the time I have invested in the product with a refund as "lost time", or remain on the plan and not even be offered a small compensation. Hence my specific question, why is the "hassle" not leveled out by the fact that tier 1 to tier 3 can use twice the number of bots? So 20, 40,70. This would at least show that you want to cushion the loss. Would this be a solution?
